Returns and Replacement policy 

  • We have a 7-day free shipping return policy.
  • After seven days, the replacement will not be applicable if warranty is not printed on the box or you do not have a warranty card.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll have to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • If the product you are sending for replacement has gone out of stock, then you can purchase another product of the same price.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

  • If we do not receive any message about defective, damaged, or wrong items within 7 days of delivery, there will be no replacement in case of any manufacturing defect.
  • If a product is physically damaged or has liquid damage, then it will not be accepted under warranty (even if the warranty is printed on the package or you have a warranty card).


  • Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product/replacement
  • Replacement of the product will require customers to have an invoice for the product.


  • We do not provide a warranty for the products available on our site unless mentioned on the packaging or on a warranty card.
  • The product would be considered within the warranty if there is any technical issue or if the warranty is printed on the packaging or on a warranty card..
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the original payment within 7 business days.
  • Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
